Founder & Legal Practitioner Director
Michaela is the Legal Practitioner Director of MJM Lawyers. She is an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estate Law in NSW. Michaela has been listed in Doyle’s Guide of leading Wills and Estate Litigation Lawyers in Sydney, identified by their peers for their expertise and abilities in the area, for eight years in a row (2015 to 2022). Victoria Sewell

Special Counsel
Victoria was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 1979. Since that time she has accumulated a wealth of experience in all aspects of wills and estates law. Victoria is a trained Collaborative Law practitioner, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
Christine Huynh
BCom LLB (Hons)
Senior Associate
Christine was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2016. She has worked primarily in the area of estate planning and the preparation of wills, together with estate administration. Christine is developing her experience in estate litigation and is working towards becoming an Accredited Specialist in Wills and Estates. She is a trained Collaborative Law Practitioner and a member of STEP (Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners).
Maneka Lovette

Maneka was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW in 2024. She has several years of experience in Wills and Estates having worked in this area both prior to, and since being admitted as a solicitor. Maneka is passionate about family provision litigation, Will disputes and Probate litigation. She has appeared at mediations, Supreme Court hearings and has instructed counsel in complex court cases. Maneka is dedicated to providing the best outcomes for her clients.
Paul Money
Office Manager
Paul is the office/IT manager. He has worked in IT related fields for over 30 years. Paul is also a Justice of the Peace.
